A pleasant atmosphere starts with a few simple agreements.
- No smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel, including the rooms. You'll find an ashtray by the night entrance. A cleaning fee of €150 will be charged in case of violation.
- Quiet hours: We ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM, both in the rooms and in the hallways.
- Registered guests: Only registered guests have access to the rooms. This is for everyone's safety.
- Maximum occupancy: Each room has a maximum number of guests based on its size and safety regulations.
- Fire safety: All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. Open flames, such as candles, are not permitted.
- Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel.
On the ground floor you'll find our honesty bar, coffee, tea and water are complimentary. Feel free to help yourself during reception hours.
Our Deluxe rooms feature a minibar with complimentary coffee and tea.

We work on trust. Please report your consumption at check-out.
Arrived early or leaving late? No problem, we store your luggage free of charge at the front desk, both before and after your stay. Just ask when checking in or checking out.
At Chamade, hospitality goes hand in hand with respect for people and the environment.
- Local: Our cheese and milk come from vanier.gent, a local farm platform. Jam and chocolate spread from Callas, just around the corner.
- Fair: Our coffee carries the Fair Trade label. Eggs come exclusively from free-range hens.
- Conscious: We choose suppliers based on ecological criteria. Fruit is seasonal and regional. Anything from outside the EU travels by ship, not by plane.
- Caring: Our team works in ergonomic and safe conditions, with regular training.
