Cancellation Policy

Below you will find our cancellation and payment terms per reservation type.

Individual reservation

Up to 3 rooms

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 3:00 PM on the day before arrival. Cancellations made less than one day before arrival will be charged the first night. In case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

Payment terms – flexible rate

Payment must be made in advance via an online payment request.

Please note that if payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation in accordance with these terms.

Payment terms – non-refundable rate

Payment must be made via an online payment request, which you will receive by separate email. The payment link is valid for 24 hours. Please note that if payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Group reservation

Between 3 and 10 rooms

Payment terms

  1. 100% prepayment required, no later than 2 days before arrival.
  2. Non-compliance with payment terms: If payments are not made on time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Any deposit paid will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy

  1. Until 3:00 PM 2 days before arrival: free cancellation.
  2. Less than 2 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  3. Partial cancellation: Until 3:00 PM on the day before arrival, 1 room may be cancelled free of charge. Additional cancelled rooms will be charged the first night.

Group reservation

More than 10 rooms

Payment terms

  1. First payment (deposit): 50% of the total amount, due no later than 1 month before arrival.
  2. Second payment (balance): 50% of the remaining amount, due no later than 1 week before arrival.
  3. Last-minute bookings (less than 7 days before arrival): 100% prepayment required upon confirmation.
  4. Non-compliance with payment terms: If payments are not made on time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Any deposit paid will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy

  1. Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation.
  2. Between 29 and 14 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee (the deposit will be retained).
  3. Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
  4. Partial cancellation: Until 3:00 PM on the day before arrival, 10% of the total number of rooms may be cancelled free of charge. Additional cancelled rooms will be charged the first night.
